The cost of shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands is calculated based on variables of what is requested such as weight, volume, route section, etc. and following negotiated rates of reference with the transport logistics operator, in our case SEUR or CHRONOEXPRES.
In the case of the Canary Islands and due to its logistical problems, ARCHIVATE serves the product as long as the client is in charge of hiring a transport company for its shipment, as well as the processing of the corresponding tariffs in case of having them. For these cases, it is necessary to consult by telephone with our Customer Service Department the operations to be followed prior to placing the order.
In the case of customers of the European Union, it will be they who are responsible for the shipments, taxes, fees and tariffs derived from the importation of the various items.
For deliveries that are not to the destinations detailed above will be made postage due.
Our insured delivery time is 72 business hours, from the confirmation of payment, for the entire national territory (except for products belonging to the section of office furniture and some component or technological equipment), although most deliveries are made in 48 business hours.
In the event that there is any atypical or unexpected delay, our Call Center will contact the buyer to notify him of the incident that has occurred, in order for the client to decide if he is interested in continuing with the order process or not.The transport of the orders is done through specialized agencies of urgent transport that guarantees a fast and efficient service, such as SEUR
ARCHIVATE will accept returns of products within the first 7 business days, counting from the date of receipt of the goods by the client, and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulate the management of trade, are met.
Only refunds previously authorized by ARCHIVATE and in writing will be accepted. To request this authorization, the client will contact ARCHIVATE beforehand and once authorized, they will indicate the shipping address of the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted. THE PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT CONTRACTUAL, MAY NOT MATCH THE REAL PRODUCT.
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or transport adhesive tapes.
The merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 3 days after the acceptance of the return. If it is not received within this period, the refund will be rejected.

ARCHIVATE reserves the right not to accept the return or to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories or office accessories
The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. The transport amount of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted:
• Products that are the subject of a special order (not included in the catalog) can not be returned.
• Consumables: Returns of computer consumables will not be accepted.
• Products that can be reproduced or copied immediately (Compact Disc, software, video films, books, etc ...) will not be accepted.
• Memories: Only returns of memories that are defective can be accepted, since it is a product that is made to order.
• In general, refunds will not be accepted for those products whose purchase was made under a confirmed order (as is any type of paper on the web) and products that once purchased have been discontinued.
• No computers, no furniture, no paper.
Products damaged by transportation:
In order to process a claim for damages during transport, you must notify the transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours. If it is SEUR on the telephone 902 10 10 10 and if it is CHRONOEXPRES on 902 111 021, or if the external packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, indicate it on the delivery note that is signed upon receipt of the order.
Once the claim is made, ARCHIVATE takes charge of the collection of the defective product and once received, a product is sent in perfect condition at no cost to the customer.
ARCHIVATE is responsible for all costs arising from the delivery to the customer of a defective product, provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days after the invoice date.
The client will be instructed to leave the product ready for collection, packing it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tapes and with the address indicated on the outside of the packaging.
ARCHIVATE will order a transporter to pick up the product and once the product is received the new shipment will be sentThe expenses of returns for confusion of the customer will be borne by the buyer. After this period comes into effect the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product. The conditions and coverage of the guarantee will vary in each case.
